EIB monitor
The EIB monitor can record all EIB telegrams and all changes to the internal communication object.
All EIB communication objects that pass through the EIB interface of the HomeServer are recorded.
A difference is made between incoming telegrams and telegrams outgoing from the HomeServer.
The purpose of this list is to find any errors more easily.
The list can be queried chronologically or structured, or send by E-mail.
Attention: The names of the communication objects are shown in the list,
when the "Show name of communication object" option is selected.
Ring memory
The number entered here sets the maximum number of entries in the EIB monitor.
A maximum of 50,000 lines can be recorded.
If this number is reached then the oldest entry is replaced by the most recent entry.
The data are stored
retentive.
Always record
Yes: All EIB telegrams are recorded permanently.
This option should also be selected when on starting the HomeServer, all read requests of
communication object "Request on start" are to be recorded.
Attention: All telegrams are always recorded; filtering is not possible!

No: Recording is controlled by the following communication object.
Control system
A communication object is assigned here.
If this communication object has the value 1, then all telegrams and changes to the internal communication object are recorded.
If this communication object has the value 0, then no telegrams and changes to the internal communication object are recorded.
Recording: Also record all communication objects
Yes: Changes to the internal communication object are also recorded.
The internal communication object must be assigned a group address for the recording.
Recording: Only record known addresses
Yes: Only EIB telegrams from communication objects are recorded that have been gathered together in the
master data of the EIB communication objects in the HomeServer Expert.
Display
Yes: Show the name of the communication object.
The lists contain the names of the communication object.

The list has 3 sections.

Section (1) Concatenation
All telegrams of a group address are added up here. You can now immediately recognize which telegram has been sent by whom, and how often.
If you now click on a group address in area (2), then you reach area (3).

Area (3): All telegrams from one group address (chronological)
All telegrams from one group address are listed here chronologically.
If you click on a group address in area (4), then you reach area (5).

Area (5) All telegrams chronologically
All telegrams are listed here in chronological order.
