Function
This module compares an input value with up to 7 comparative values. If a case occurs then the comparison is terminated and a 1 is sent via the corresponding output.

Output 1 (send) 0 Case 1, sends a 1 when IV <=CV1
Output 2 (send) 0 Case 2, sends a 1 when IV <=CV2
Output 3 (send) 0 Case 3, sends a 1 when IV <=CV3
Output 4 (send) 0 Case 4, sends a 1 when IV <=CV4
Output 5 (send) 0 Case 5, sends a 1 when IV <=CV5
Output 6 (send) 0 Case 6, sends a 1 when IV <=CV6
Output 7 (send) 0 Case 7, sends a 1 when IV <=CV7
Output 8 (send) 0 Case 8 - otherwise, sends a 1 when none of the conditions are met
