Function
Determines a maximum value of all incoming values.
Inputs

Input 2 0 Reset; if this input receives a 1, then the maximum value is set to 0.
Outputs
Output 1 (send) 0 Maximum value
Output 2 (send by change) 0 Maximum value
Output 3 (send) 0 Validity:

Sends a 1 when no valid maximum value has been determined.
