Function
This module measures the operating hours of a consumer. At the same time, the operating hours are compared to a set value. If the nominal value is exceeded then Output 3 sends a 1. The residual value (set value minus the operating hours) is output via Output 2.
Inputs
Type Initial value Description
Input 1 0 Signal for monitoring.
Counter starts counting when the value does not equal zero.
Input 2 0 Measuring interval in seconds.
The value of the input is checked at these time intervals. If the value is not equal to zero then the operating-hours counter is increased by this measuring time.
Example:
Input 3 0 Reset; a value not equal to zero sets the operating-hours counter to zero.
Output 1 and Output 3 thereby send a 0. Output 2 sends the residual value (corresponds to the set value).
Input 4 0 Set value in decimal hours
Outputs
Output 1 (send by change) 0 Operating hours in decimal hours
Output 2 (send by change) 0 Residual value in decimal hours
Output 3 (send) 0 Alarm
