RS flipflop
Function
If Input 1 receives a telegram with a value not equal to 0 then Output 1 sends a 1.
If Input 2 (reset) receives a telegram with a value not equal to 0 then Output 1 sends a 0.
Output 2 always returns the inverted value of Output1.
Zero as the input value (E1 or E2) returns no output telegram.
