Message archive
Only text messages are archived in the message archive. These can also be displayed in menus (html/WAP). Every message text receives a message key, thus allowing additional evaluation, e.g. in MS-EXCEL®. Any number of different messages can be stored in a message archive. These share the ring memory of an archive. Several message archives can be defined.
In "Columns", you can set which data within a data record are to be stored. You create the column by placing the mouse pointer over "Columns". Press the right mouse button. A pulldown menu opens. Select "Add column".

Using the "Send by E-mail" item, you determine whether, how and when the message archive is to be sent by E-mail. To create an E-mail, press the "Create" button to the right next to the list.

In "Browser request", you now set how the messages are to be displayed in a browser window. You create a request plan by pointing the mouse over "Browser request" in the directory tree. Press the "Create" button to the right next to the list.
