This text describes how the HomeServer determines the conditions of the communication objects.
During operation, the HomeServer stores these conditions non-retentively;
the conditions can be stored
retentive as required.
The current value is determined as follows
If the identifier "Request on start" is set on the
Communication object then the HomeServer read out the current value in the EIB.
If the value can not be read out then the "Init. value" in the communication object is used.
The HomeServer monitors EIB by a continuous process and accepts the last value.
This also applies when the HomeServer sends a value to the EIB.
Summary: Reading out a value on the EIB can be made automatically at start-up or
using the "Request" command!
