ISDN direct dial in (remote access)
Direct-inward-dialing into the HomeServer via ISDN is set up in this screen.

Attention: Direct-inward-dialing has been tested using recent ISDN TAs from AVM (R).
We accept no guarantee that this works using ISDN modems from other manufacturers!

Analog modems are not suitable for this!!

A data transmission connection must be set up in the PC to be dialed into!
External ISDN remote access
Yes: the following fields are enabled in order to enter the required parameters.
Except for the user rights (
user rights), no other entries are required!
MSN for ISDN dial in
You can directly dial into the HomeServer via this MSN.
Up to 2 users can simultaneously use one ISDN connection.
HomeServer IP
IP address of the HomeServer.
The HomeServer is addressed by the PC dialed into via this address.
This IP address must be different from the
IP address of the HomeServer in the network!
We recommend that you use a completely different IP address space!!!
Example: The HomeServer network IP address is192.168.0.150
then the ISDN IP address could be: 192.168.2.150.

In the browser, the HomeServer is addressed after a successful log in, e.g. as follows:
http://192.168.2.150/hs or
http://192.168.2.150/hslist
IP address of the 1st ISDN channel
The PC dialed into is assigned this IP address
Example: 192.168.2.151
IP address of the 2nd ISDN channel
The PC dialed into is assigned this IP address
Example: 192.168.2.152
.
Dial-up user
This user name is entered into the dial-up connection of the PC dialing in.
The PC logs in using this user name.
This user has nothing to do with the HomeServer users! A completely different user name can be assigned here, e.g. dfue1
Dial-in password
This password is entered into the dial-up connection of the PC dialing in.
The PC logs in using this password.
Access as internal user
Yes: The user has the status of an internal user. He requires internal access rights to the HomeServer
No: The user has the status of an external user. He requires external access rights to the HomeServer

The access rights are set under
User/User rights/Interface.
Limit dial-in to the following numbers
Yes: Dial-up may only be from the following numbers.
These are the possible formats:

Example: *561 all numbers that end with 561
Example: 47 the number is 47 exactly

No: Dial-up is not limited to a particular number.
