The list is edited using the control knobs to the right of it: Insert, Delete, Change/Edit
Designation
Designation of the recipient in the project.
SMS service
The SMS is sent via the SMS service provider. These services are defined in Project/SMS.
Phone number
The phone number to be contained in the SMS is entered here.
No number should be entered here for the dialout number.
