Operating by telephone
Commands can be triggered by a phone call. Number codes are not required for this.
The assigned command is run on calling a target number.
This procedure is secure and comfortable, as only calls from known phone numbers are executed and the functions can be entered directly as "name" in the phone book of a mobile telephone.
Speed dial and target dial buttons can be assigned (e.g. in office environments). Individual commands can be run from any workplace, as the target numbers and the phone number of the caller can be combined with each other.
For example, one single target number can be used for "Light ON" for all workplaces in an office. However, only the actuator of the workplace whose telephone number has been assigned is switched.
The list is edited using the control knobs to the right of it: Insert, Delete, Change/Edit
Designation
Designation of the operation of the telephone in the project. We recommend that the telephone making the call be given a name. e.g. workplace of Mr. Bertelt or mobile of Mr. Giersiepen etc.
Workplace no.
Name of the office workplace, the mobile telephone or the telephone connections.
The call is made from this number in order to trigger a function of the HomeServer.

The number from which the call is made is entered here.
The zero placed in front of he number must always be replaced by a star * .
When dialing abroad, we recommend that the zeros placed in front of the number are also replaced by a star *
(e.g. *2195602123)

ATTENTION: This number must be transmitted when calling.
Please test this by calling another telephone (e.g. mobile telephone)!

In the
system list debug page, there is a section entitled
"Telephone operation"; when the HomeServer is running, you can see here which call is incoming.
Pick up
YES:
The HomeServer accepts the call by picking it up and then runs the command.
The HomeServer picks up immediately and returns a busy signal.

NO:
The HomeServer accepts the call without picking it up and then runs the command.
After ringing twice, a busy signal is emitted.

YES requires very little time and is recommendable for applications with many users (e.g. open-plan offices).
